In the morning I spent less than 2hrs in reading all of the Advanced Network Security lecture notes (In total 10 Chapters!). Before 10am I even didn't know what ECC is and how to calculate EC. I rushed into the lab and asked James several questions. Then at 1pm I went to the testing room. Before the test began, I was reading the notes Chapter 9. However, when I came out after one hr, I said, OK this one is finished, I'm quite sure that I can get a full mark for this exam.
Then began the VPN presentation. In less than 1.5 hrs I worked on two machines, eventually archieved our goal, and got 20 marks from 80 - the total mark, for my group. Tough day finished, temporarily.
Below's the snapshot of host-host VPN by using non-standard VPN protocol called tinc. I used the scripts to make it more challenging.
OK I shall begin my individual report right now! Tmrw is the deadline. Cheer up!
