虽然老虎自从IE7开始就对IE死心了，但是听闻IE9预览版出现后还是忍不住去当了一个。

主要的改变就是支持html5（不需要flash和silverlight就能播放H.264视频）、js解释更快、更好的css标准支持、Direct X对图形AJAX效果的加速等等。不过囧的是以后的IE不带地址栏……

主要新功能都在上图写着。下面是其中一些老虎认为很实用或很有趣的功能：

IE9的速度：

流畅旋转的图片，大概类似于gif版的jpg，从前是利用js、flash或者silverlight，以后可能用内核实现提速。

使用2D显卡来实现在线live地图加速，不再占用大量CPU。

HTML5：

新的圆形边框。

新的花哨的CSS3功能。

DOM透明标签，也是用c#做的。

下面这个……貌似以前在jscss里也能实现？

下面这个是……汗，内置式在线涂鸦板功能？官方名称是“T恤订购单”。

图形能力：

下面这个是……晕死，SVG在线小游戏。

用xhtml实现chart功能，很实用，不过……难道想把Excel集成到IE9？

在IE中制作流程chart？Very heavy啊！

空前强大的选举示范功能，由德国人制作。这玩意好！

这些程序以后会集成到IE9中吗？还不得而知，不过微软已经说了会有越来越多的小程序出现的。

只是我双核4G内存本跑IE8已经不堪重负了，不知道今后的9会怎样……

最后微软开发小组给出了一个效果对比：
