@Sme too. here, weather also changes fast.in the lab, there is no chinese character, sorry for that.
@.Yep, the same thing happens here. Locals never have umbrella because they think it's redundancy. However, I think the truth is, most of them have a car. Moreover, they'd like to wear jumper/skivvy. Moreover, sometimes the rain here is totally a disaster. I remember last time when a friend and I went out to have an exam where is a block away, it began to storm. OMG, what a rain! Both of our umbrellas were damaged. The jeans and sneakers being wet, we had to answer questions in the cold air produced by the damn airconditioner! Fortunately, it didn't take me a long time to finish that paper. However, when I looked back, I found that half of my peers had already escaped. :(Until now I have no car. Nor do I need a car because it only takes me 6mins to go to uni. Nevertheless, the car here is not expensive especially the secondhand one. I think I might need one if I found a job here. Some of my friends have cars, because they are living in Zone 2, even Zone 3. These zones are far away from the uni. So it's necessary for them, not for me, at least, temporaly. The price of ticket here is also expensive, like you. I wrote an article about the transportation system of Mel. I may publish here one day.
